Our restaurant almost exclusively uses products/ingredients from our region This list changes a lot and shapes everything we do at Seasons. This list will contain the products that are available via all of our sources-farms, co-ops, farmers markets, foragers, our foraging efforts, our gardens, in-house production, and local artisans. It serves as a useful exercise for us to track out product availability, creates transparency and integrity in regards to our sourcing, and maybe somebody else out there might find it interesting…

We will also occasionally post something a little more in-depth. Maybe a few words about a special ingredient we are currently foraging, a profile of one of our awesome farmers that makes what we do possible, a technique that we are using that is new and exciting to us, or maybe one of our awesome artisans we source from.
